We joined Bill Luke and Associates to assist in determining how the Hospital Board should move forward as a Critical Access Hospital in the uncertain times of the Affordable Care Act. CPM’s services included:
- Facility needs assessment
- Review of spatial needs
- Space improvement and operational efficiency recommendations
- Affiliation study and recommendations
As a result of our efforts the Hospital Board retained ownership of the facility, but entered into a management agreement with a referral hospital system based on an Request for Qualifications for Affiliation.
