This project was a unique commission in that CPM was engaged to develop a plan to reduce operating costs and downsize an existing “historic” hospital which had recently expanded with a new in patient facility. Our services include:

CPM proposed solutions, which when implemented, would reduce operational costs by more than 30% annually and a projected increase in revenues due to service lines of 10%.
